Description;
The Wishes vacation home is a cozy luxury 2 bedroom condo in Oakwater Resort, with one great plus - you can watch daily Disney fireworks from the balcony!.
That is obviously one of the most attractive features of this very nice condo, but it is by no means the only thing that attracts guests back to the home year after year. Wishes is professionally decorated and benefited from brand new furniture in June 2012 when the current owners purchased the condo.
It features one Master bedroom with a King size bed, and a 2nd bedroom with two twin size beds. Wishes can legally accommodate up to 6 people, though we prefer to keep occupancy to 4 people in order to protect the integrity of the unit..
Other features of Wishes include a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living room, and separate dining area. There is also a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. Another major plus for a condo is that this home also enjoys a single car garage, as do all the homes in this unique resort!
The main living area boasts a 50 inch flat screen television, with a DVD player too!. The room has a very large sofa and is decorated in pastel shades, with tranquil colors that offer a stylish and relaxing appearance. Incidentally, note too that this home enjoys high-speed WIRELESS internet access, which is complimentary to guests, and all calls to the US and Canada are free of charge as well.
The kitchen is fully equipped as you would expect with a dishwasher, microwave, full refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, toaster, blender, and waste disposal. All linens and towels are supplied for your stay in all our homes too, with all kitchen utensils and crockery also provided.
A patio door from the living areas lead onto a screened in patio, from which you can enjoy a view of the Oakwater resort and the fireworks at nearby Walt Disney World rom which this home gets it's name. To the rear of the property is the beautiful Oakwater Lake, which now allows fishing, another of the superb amenities available in the vastly under-rated resort which many have called 'the best kept secret in the Disney area'.

Oakwater Resort;
Oakwater is a superbly situated resort, just 2 miles from Walt Disney World in Orlando, and is set to become one of the premier vacation vacation resorts in the Kissimmee area. It will certainly be one of the most popular, and it is easy to see why.
The question we are asked the most is, 'how far is this home from Disney World?'. With Oakwater the answer is simple, it is the closest to Disney there is, period.
The amenities are a major plus here too and include a beautiful heated community pool, a games room and fitness center, a clubhouse featuring FREE Wi-fi, and which occasionally offers on-site entertainment!. All this, and a lake to stroll around too!.
With tennis courts already in place, a basketball court and a sand volleyball court too, Oakwater Resort does have it all, yet it remains surprisingly quiet. The resort is full of some of the nicest vacation condos and town-homes you could ever wish to see, and Wishes is certainly one of them.
Oakwater Resort, in addition to being so close to Disney World, is also very close to all the other major theme parks and attractions, just 20-25 minutes from Universal Studios, 15-20 minutes from Sea World and approximately an hour away from the world famous Kennedy Space Center.
For golfers there are several courses within easy reach including The Legends course at Orange Lake, just a 5 minute drive from this beautiful resort, and there are a host of dining and shopping opportunities very close by too.
If you want to be right in the middle of all the action, and truly enjoy all that the Disney area has to offer, then Oakwater Resort would be an excellent choice, and Wishes a great place to stay!.

* We take a 25% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If you are planning to stay within the next 30 days then full payment will be due at the time of booking to secure the home.
* Guests are not required to check in at our office in Celebration. You will be going straight to the property on arrival, and using a unique access code to gain entry. Your arrival pack, sent 5-7 days prior to arrival will have all this information, as well as the address, telephone number, and internet password for the property.
* Like all vacation homes our homes are classed as self catering accommodation. We do provide starter supplies of soap and toilet tissue but guests are expected to purchase their own during their stay.
