Brand new 5 bed, 5.5 bath luxury villa in Reunion Resort. This villa features contemporary furniture with an open floor plan. The southwest facing pool allows plenty of Florida sun while vacationing. Lounge by on the sun shelf complete with ledge loungers. You can grill up something great on the grill with full summer kitchen and then dine al fresco with private conservation views.

You will find a master bedroom on the ground floor. This bedroom has a king bed, en-suite bathroom, and walk-in closet. Continue upstairs to be wowed by the other 4 bedrooms. On the second floor, you will find a master bedroom, a VIP suite, and 2 fun themed kids rooms! The master bedroom and VIP suite both feature a king bed and en-suite bathroom. The kid's rooms both have two twin beds. One room is princess themed and the other bedroom is Star Wars themed.

Spend an evening in as a family whilst playing in the games room. You can choose from the 8 ft pool table, ping pong, or an arcade machine. You can even enjoy the big game from the flatscreen TV.

• Check-in time is 4:00 pm
• Check-out time is 10:00 am
• If available, an early check-in/check-out may be arranged for a fee
• All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
• There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
• Tax is not included in nightly rates
• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
• An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
• Pool heat available for a fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
• The complimentary BBQ grill is provided free of charge. Reunion Vacation Homes and/or the Owner do not accept liability for equipment failure. It is the guests' responsibility to clean and maintain the barbecue and replenish Propane for the BBQ as required.
