This home is 15 minutes to Disney!!! This beautifully designed home boasts openness to the limits! A big 5 bedroom, 3 full bathrooms and one half bathroom, that sleeps 10 people. The open floor plan layout allows for natural light. This home is fully equipped with updated and new modern appliances and brand new beds and is very well kept. Freshly painted inside and outside.
The front doors open up to a relaxing quiet seating area to the left, next to one of the two dining areas in this dream home. The fully equipped kitchen looks into the main lounge area complete with a Large Flat Screen HD Smart TV. This area opens up directly onto the north facing pool area and covered lanai where you can enjoy a great meal or just relax in the sun.
The beautiful pool lanai allows for the utmost relaxation after a long day out at the Parks. it is very private and well screened.
Returning to the house through a second set of patio doors into one of the two downstairs bedrooms, one is queen size and the other two twins, all with HD flat screen smart TV's. The game room is in the garage. Once there, the 8 foot slate bed pool table, air hockey and darts are there to entertain whilst watching the latest from MTV on your flat screen HD smart TV.
The master suite is upstairs, again without saying there is an Flat Screen Smart HD TV and King size bed. There are two more bedrooms upstairs, a queen bedroom as well as a room with 2 twins all with Flat Screen Smart HD TV's.
On the upstairs landing area there is a computer / printer and and X-Box 360 play area dedicated to gamers ! FREE CABLE TV AND WI-FI through out the home.
Pool heat is additional charge. Must request and be paid for prior to arrival.
