This updated and tastefully decorated home features 2 bedrooms 2 baths with a loft. On the main floor, there is the living room, dining area, kitchen, and guest bedroom. The downstairs bedroom has 2 queen beds and access to its own deck which looks out over a large common area for those relaxing mornings, afternoons, or evenings. The living room has a vaulted ceiling and large windows which brings in lots of natural light, giving the home a bright and airy feeling. There is a lava rock fireplace for those chilly nights or turn on the air conditioning for those hot afternoons. There is also a 50″ Flat Screen TV along with a Blu-ray player, and of course wireless internet. The main deck is off the living room which looks out over a common area that has seating and a gas BBQ for your outdoor dining needs. The dining room has seating for 6 with 3 more at the bar. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need to fix a gourmet meal. The master bedroom is on the 2nd floor, which has a king size bed, its own bath along with a 2nd vanity, and a TV. Also on the 2nd level is the loft with a day bed w/trundle, Foosball table, TV, and DVD. The laundry area is off the loft. You can access bathroom #2 from either the loft or the 2nd bedroom.

Sage Springs Spa is right across the parking lot. It is a full-service spa and gym. They offer lap pool, tennis courts, full gym, and classes. They are also a full-service spa. You can purchase daily passes to use the gym and all of the facilities for just $20.00 per day per person. If you book any spa package please bring in your receipt and we will credit you 10% OFF any spa service!

All Cascara Vacation properties do not permit smoking inside the vacation homes or condos. This includes, but is not limited to; tobacco, marijuana, vape pens, vaping, cartridges containing liquid nicotine, hookahs, cigars, or any lighted inhaled material. Any damage caused by smoking is 100% the responsibility of the guest on file. Sunriver is surrounded by the abundant wooded area of the Deschutes National Forest, which makes for a very high wildfire risk in the warm months.
