This ski-in/ski-out studio unit is truly fantastic!  Located where downtown Breckenridge meets the ski slopes, this wonderful property site sits directly on the Peak 9 Base Area and is bordered by Maggie Pond.  Once you get here, you will not need a car -- you are walking distance from town and located right at the ski mountain!  The Village at Breckenridge is also conveniently located less than one block from the premiere shopping, dining, and drinking that Downtown Breckenridge has to offer.

This spacious studio suite with a full kitchen is perfect for year-round fun. In the winter, guests can enjoy quick access to ski lifts, easy ski school access, snowboarding, dog sledding, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, and more! In the summer, guests are able to go swimming, biking, fishing, golfing, horseback riding, white water rafting, and the list goes on!

Inside, guests have plenty of room to relax in the spacious living area in front of the unit’s flat screen TV. Look outside to catch a glimpse of the slopes on Peak 9 and people watch from the privacy of the unit. The full kitchen provides a perfect wet bar area and is equipped with all major cooking appliances and utensils (including a full stove, oven and dishwasher). The large bathroom is comprised of three separate rooms for added privacy– one for the double sink vanity, one for the shower/tub, and one for the commode! This property includes built in storage under the bed as well as in the bathroom and has ski racks. Plus, enjoy all of the fantastic mountain furniture and decorations -- new couch, bar stools and more purchased in 2020!

In terms of location, it is nearly impossible to beat the Village at Breckenridge! The resort is known for its prime location and for being a true ski-in / ski-out property. Resort amenities include indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, steam room, exercise room, cable TV, and free wireless internet.

The property was beautiful and had a super convenient location right by Main Street. The room was nice and had plenty of room for my family of 4. The only downfall was the beds were not the comfiest and the pillows werent great but it was extremely clean d well maintained.

In light of unexpected impacts to our stay due to COVID, the team was very informative on what our options were and the flexibility they would allow to accommodate a last second cancellation which fortunately did not occur.

The property was perfect - clean and had all the amenities we needed. Prior reviews said the bathroom products were lacking but we had ample toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The unit had a Vizio TV so you could easily stream your devices to stream your own content. The location of the unit was as good as it gets for ski lift access, just a 2 minute walk. The building had a seamless online reservation system in place for hot tubs due to COVID that enabled us easy access. Do note that the laundry system is now app-based instead of using quarters which at the time of our stay was not working but hopefully will be resolved soon. If youre going single, as a couple, or small family and are looking for a bed down while hitting the slopes we recommend this unit for its size as it suited our needs as a place to sleep, cook, and rest up during ski breaks. Will definitely be returning to this property!

I booked online and that was easy. I got a phone call from the team before my arrival, checking in and giving directions. I also got a clear and thorough email. The day after I checked in, I got another phone call asking if everything was all right. The biggest problem for me was that the office was a few blocks from the property. I should have dropped off my bags in the lobby first and then checked in, because as it was, I had to lug them through snowy streets, and the altitude almost killed me (I didn't have a car, I used a shuttle and the bus system). The other option would have been to take a bus back to the transit center, and then to the property, because there was no route directly between the two.

I was worried that the property might overlook the street or the plaza and be loud, but that was not the case (it was south-facing). I was very pleased with the unit. As others mentioned, some of the furniture was worn (the bar stools were covered in cowhide which was 1. uncomfortable; 2. worn off in several places. They have got to go.) but it was comfortable enough. The kitchen was attractive and well-appointed, though the silverware was very cheap. The only thing I missed were some storage containers for leftovers. I didn't watch the TV but it was quite small and in an odd location. The bed was fine. The bath and shower were large. The room seemed clean and not musty, as someone else commented. I really enjoyed the hot tub and sauna in the building, and it was great that it was so close to the chairlift (easy walking distance) so I could come in from lunch. The nearest bus stops were about a block away in most cases. Shopping and dining was also within easy walking distance.

Great location. Just needs a bit of updating. Kitchen well stocked. Nice hot tubs and pool area. 2 minute walk to base of peak 9 chair and ticket office. Ski valet. Friendly management- had no issues the 3 nights we were there.

We stayed here for a ski weekend and had a great stay. The unit was clean and comfortable for 2 people (may be tight for 4 people). Check in and check out were very easy. The location is definitely the best part- walkable to the Quicksilver lift and to the restaurants, bars and shops.
