Below you will find details about our 1 bed/ 1 bath home, Connie’s Riviera Villa in Pacific Beach.
This romantic and upscale condo sleeps 4 guests comfortably. You will have a great night of sleep in the king size bed with a 5 star mattress purchased from The Four Seasons Resort. It also features a comfortable double size guest murphy bed that folds down from the wall. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for dining in. The kitchen has quartz countertops, hardwood floors and stainless steel appliances. There is a transparent polycarbonate "ghost" dining table, chairs from Kartell and 3 flat screen TVs, including one in the bathroom. The living room has a plush carpet, gas fireplace, large flat screen TV and an unbeatable view! The bathroom has double pedestal sinks and a large oval tub with a shower. There is a coin operated laundry room about 30 feet down the hall.
We can provide an air conditioning unit for an additional fee. Please contact us to reserve the inventory.
The Riviera Villas are situated on the quieter East side of beautiful Sail Bay (the loveliest part of Mission Bay)! You will have a magnificent view of the sunsets with the activities of the bay in the foreground; kiteboarders, sailboats, water skiers, catamarans, etc. Yet, you are only 12 minutes from San Diego's bustling downtown historic Gaslamp area with its fine dining, 1.5 miles from SeaWorld, and within 15 minutes from the lovely Balboa Park with the famous San Diego Zoo. So, you can have it all!
Enjoy your coffee on your private balcony as you watch the boardwalk come alive. Right below, people are on the boardwalk riding bikes, skating, jogging, and just strolling at leisure. Take a stroll or ride our two provided beach cruiser bikes around the bay and if you like, cross over to Mission Beach with its wide boardwalk to watch the surfers or catch a glimpse of the green flash at sunset.
Vacation rentals in San Diego are for the most part, second homes for the owners. Therefore, some furniture or decor may differ from what is pictured because the owners needed or wanted to replace something. Professional photos are expensive and we can not re-photograph the rental every time something is changed but we do maintain the listing content with any notable furnishing changes especially related to sleeping arrangements. (*Please note: We do not give refunds because a piece of furniture or artwork has changed)
*NOTE: This home is in a residential neighborhood and, as such, is a NOISE SENSITIVE property. Respect must be shown for the property and neighbors at all times. No loud music, parties, and or loud talking outside after 9 pm. Violation of these rules MAY result in immediate eviction from the property per your rental agreement, and/or fines from the San Diego Police. Please review your rental agreement for complete details and rules about your home!

*We provide 2 complimentary bikes for our guests. If there is any issue with the bikes we will do everything we can to fix the issue with our maintenance team, but there will be NO compensation if the issue cannot be resolved.
We like our guests to feel at home as soon as they arrive! We provide a ‘starter kit’ to help our guests get settled without needing to rush off to the store. We can provide a portable a/c for an additional fee, contingent on availability. Please contact us to reserve one in our limited inventory as soon as possible. Deliveries are scheduled 24 hours in advance.
Our kits include: paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, soap, linens, towels, kitchen sponges, dish soap, laundry detergent and fabric softener, dishwasher soap when applicable, trash bags, either Keurig coffee makers with k-cups or standard coffee makers, extra blankets, sometimes extra pillows, extra sheets-for sleeper sofas, hair dryers, ironing boards, kitchens fully stocked-enough for max occupancy with some extra settings, toasters, some waffle makers, blenders, tool kits, first aid kits, fire extinguishers, co2/fire detectors, and most homes have heat available.
While on vacation, we want our guests to enjoy their vacation to the fullest and we feel in order for our guests to do this, they should also feel informed. Our emails serve to educate you on your vacation rental home, the surrounding area, responsibilities, what to expect and how to get in touch with us. We respect your privacy so our emails help provide you with all you need to know to reference as you please.
In addition, most of our properties have House Manuals detailing specific information about the property, amenities and responsibilities. Not to mention an awesome section on attractions, events, restaurants and more to help guide you during your stay in San Diego!

Our family fully enjoyed our stay. Beautiful views, quiet but close to anything we wanted to do. Whether it was going into the city or hiking in Torrey Pines, everything was 20-30 minutes away. Very well equipped condo, clean and comfy. Highly recommended.

Property was clean and had every amenity you could think of. We did not cook but the kitchen was well equipped. Beautiful view over bay and close to ocean. Loved being in a neighborhood with no commercial properties around but close to groceries and restaurants. A park close by if you have children. Beautiful resort nearby. Bicycles and beach equipment available at condo. No negatives!
